North Devon Council services
You can now access many North Devon Council service at The Ilfracombe Centre.
These include:
- Payments via credit and debit card or cheque for any NDC service
- Pre-arranged appointments with a planning officer on Tuesday mornings for advice on planning matters
- Collation of evidence to support customers benefit or council tax application
- Detailed advice from a Benefit and Council Tax Officer on Monday-Friday 09:00-16:30
- Advice on environmental health issues such as food inspection, health and safety, pollution, licensing and grants for private housing
- Booking a bulky waste collection
- Reporting missed collections, fly tipping etc.
- Housing - advice on applying for rented accommodation, position on housing waiting list, homelessness, etc. on Wednesday 10:00-13:00
- Access to Government information websites
- General information on all Council services
