We hope there will be times when you want to recognise the great work undertaken by members of our staff or by the Council as a whole but, we also understand that there may be times when you may feel unhappy with our services, or you may want to make a suggestion about how we can improve.

If you have feedback, please be aware you should normally contact us within 12 months of when you first knew about the issue. If you leave it any later, we may not be able to help.

Your compliments let us know when you are happy with our services.

Complaints

By complaining you give us the opportunity to put things right and review the way we do things in the future.

We will attempt to settle the complaint directly with you within 14 working days of receipt of the complaint. If, by the very nature of the complaint, a response is likely to take more than 14 days you will be notified together with a reason for the extended investigation period.
