Conferences & Meetings

The Ilfracombe Centre connects council, community and business, enabling all to access facilities for formal and informal meetings under one roof.

The Ilfracombe Centre has capacity for up to 100 people in its training and meetings rooms.

Conference and meeting rooms

We have three main rooms which are available flexibly for conferences, meetings, training or business functions.

Conference Room (Council Chamber)

This normally holds the main council meetings.  A large and imposing conference room, the high ceiling and oak panelling give comfortable airy feeling with a touch of heritage.

Meeting Room

Located on the ground floor and close to all facilities this room can be used independently for smaller conferences, meetings or training.

Training Room

A quiet room which is highly suited to training.  Facilities are all on the same floor.

Interview Rooms

  • £25 per session / £10 per hour

Session Times

  • 9am-1pm
  • 1pm-5pm
  • 5pm-9pm

Please note: an extra charge of £20 will be added for evening bookings for Caretaker to be on-site.

VAT is applicable to all room bookings.

Tea/coffee charged at £1 per person
